All counselling and psychotherapy services provided by Jennifer Leong, M.S.W., R.S.W., will be virtual/online. I work with Ontario residents only.

Note: Please place yourself on the wait-list if you wish to meet sooner. If there’s any cancellations, clients on the wait-list will be contacted for earlier appointments.

Note: No tax will be applied to Counselling, Psychotherapy and related service fees. Registered Social Workers are exempt from collecting GST and HST on services related to mental health counselling and psychotherapy.

Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy: Appointments that are missed or are cancelled with less than 48-hour notice will be charged the full session fee.

Hours of Operation: Availabilities are between Mondays to Fridays with pre-determined timeslots that is available throughout the week. Any messages and emails sent will be replied within 24 - 48 hours, except on weekends. Please note I will be off on all statutory holidays and will respond to messages upon my return.

I am a Registered Social Worker with my Masters in Social Work. I have over 10 years of experience working in the field of mental health.

I believe in basic human connection, respect, compassion, integrity, and being genuine are key principles that inform my work as a therapist. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental and supportive space for you to share your personal story, struggles and reflections. As a therapist, I will help you tune into your emotions so that you can gain more clarity about yourself and your needs. I want to ensure that you feel validated, heard, and valued. You are not alone.

Areas of Support: depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, neglect, relational/relationship challenges, communication issues, low self-esteem, self-worth and confidence, dealing with difficult emotions, general life transitions and adjustments, stress.

Supporting Ages: Adults & Teens (16 years of age & up), Individuals.
